Most of our services, including support groups and peer support, are provided completely free of charge thanks to our donors.

Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a doctor's referral. You can reach out to us directly or simply show up to an open support group.

Yes, we treat all interactions with strict confidentiality. We will never share your details without your consent unless there is an immediate risk of harm.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. If you feel more comfortable bringing a friend or family member to your first group session, they are welcome.
